چکیده
Solid-state bonding is widely involved in metal forming and joining applications. The quality of the bonded interface key to final integrity joint or formed structure; thus, its controllability predictivity have been focus over decades. bond jointly determined by oxide behaviour microstructure evolution. In this study, a new four-stage model, considering cohesion different contacting pairs (oxide-oxide, oxide-metal metal–metal) reduced adverse effect remaining oxides, proposed describe process under hot deforming conditions. This model was validated through range compression tests, using Gleeble strains (10%, 30% 50%), strain rates (0.001 s−1, 0.01 s−1 0.1 s−1) at 1150 °C with references. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) were used characterize Tensile tests room temperature conducted on samples references reveal ratio. 100% strength, equivalent base metal's strength ductility, achieved large 50% for all three rates.

Solid-state experiments at high pressure and strain rate*
Experiments have been developed using high powered laser facilities to study the response of materials in the solid state under extreme pressures and strain rates. Details of the target and drive development required for solid-state experiments and results from two separate experiments are presented. In the first, thin foils were compressed to a peak pressure of 180 GPa and accelerated. A pre-i...
متن کاملA New Continuous Multi-State Reliability Model with Time Dependent Component Performance Rate
A CSS1†is a system with the continues-state components. When a component has the ability to obtain all the situations from completely working to completely failed, it named continues-state component. In the real world, performance rate of elements are continuous and decrease by time. Continuity of components causes infinite working states and grows up the system states. In this paper we propose...
متن کاملNew solid state phosphate sensitive electrodes for routine environmental monitoring
Highly selective and sensitive phosphate sensors have been fabricated by constructing a solid membrane disk consisting of variable mixtures of aluminium powder (Al), aluminium phosphate (AlPO4) and powdered copper (Cu). Both binary and ternary electrode systems are produced. The ternary membranes exhibit greater selectivity over a wide range of concentrations. The ternary electrode with the com...
